Artist talk with Roman Pyatkovka will take place on June 18 at 19:00. Moderator of the meeting: Maria Varligina.

Roman is a conceptual photographer, a representative of  Kharkiv School of Photography, a participant of the “Author is in the Game” exhibition. He works with analog and digital photography. In own art works Roman pays attention primarily not to the aesthetics of a single image, but to the integrity of the author's statement.

This Friday, Maria and Roman, addressing the artist's memories and reflections, will talk about the Kharkiv School of Photography and Roman as a direct participant and witness of the event. They will also discuss his own photographic practices, work with appropriated material and artistic eroticization of reality.
